<colgroup>/<col> widths — 80px, 40%, auto in a 600px table

Expected: column 1 is 80px, column 2 is 40% of 600px = 240px, column 3 takes the rest. No cell carries a width — everything comes from the col elements. (Col background colors are a bonus check; width is the real test.)
