Time input — hours and minutes

Expected: the first control shows 10:35 and its picker opens with hour 10 and minute 35 and no seconds field. The empty control opens on the current time. Cancel restores the original value; OK keeps the choice.

Seconds appear when the value or the step asks for them

Expected: these pickers show a seconds field. step="1" is one second; a value with seconds keeps them even without a step.

min, max and a coarse step

Expected: office hours only for the first control (09:00 to 17:00); step="900" is fifteen minutes, so the second control moves in quarter hours.

Readonly, disabled and invalid values

Expected: readonly and disabled open nothing. The invalid values are sanitised to empty, so those controls show nothing and open on the current time.
